2. Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) inclusive of applicable VAT. RecoverX reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are subject to availability. Product images are for illustrative purposes; minor variations may occur.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders are confirmed by email upon successful payment. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. RecoverX accepts Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and American Express. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance until dispatched.
4. Delivery
Estimated delivery: 1–2 weeks across Europe. Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or force majeure. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. RecoverX extends this to 15 days as a commercial goodwill gesture. To exercise this right, contact us via the contact form.
6. Squad Membership
The Squad membership is billed monthly at €5/month via Stripe Billing. It can be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard. No refunds are issued for partial months already billed. Benefits apply from the first billing date.

8. Governing law
